- 2 hours of online chat
- 1 hour of Skype assistance
- 2 hours of developer’s time
- Unlimited support tickets
Save $70 each month buying Premium support subscription. If purchased separately, these services cost $170:
- $50 for 2 hours of chat
- $50 for Skype assistance
- $70 for 2 hours of developer’s time
- Support tickets extra
Premium support chat/Skype services are provided on Mo-Fr 9AM-6PM GMT and cover questions on WordPress and theme installation, bundled plugins setup, demo data import, website customization, content editing.
Third-party plugins configuration and implementing additional scripts/coding require the developer’s time (2 hours per month are included in the subscription). In case the customization involves more time, it should be paid extra – upon the agreement with the support operator.
